Ayurveda nutrition favours warm, moist and slightly oily dishes, cooked by yourself from fresh, preferably local and seasonal ingredients, limiting food high in carbohydrates especially after 2pm as well as limiting processed and micro-waved food. Fat should be in the shape of good quality cold-pressed vegetable oils stored in dark bottles, or a little organic clarified butter (ghee).

These recipes below are mostly suitable for everyone.  Minor changes in the ingredients are mentioned if there are necessary to treat excess dosha.
